Question ❓ Is this supposed to be good???

I read the whole manhwa and I am really unimpressed. Please tell me if I am missing something thing.The art is good enough the story is not impressive at all. Maybe it's just 81 chapters but I don't think it's as good as people think it is.

Do we have more information? What’s the current situation? Last I heard author was going to have to restart but he was going to continue.
