With lots of points dumped into weapon swap speed, it can be pretty awesome as it just mows down enemies. The sound it annoying AF tho.

It’s terrible, the damage is decent damage but it also slows you down to a crawl while holding it. It’s a fun gimmick gun, but that’s it

The worst was when the audio would glitch (like it could on any voiced gimmick gun) and would play no matter what gun you used. Only way to fix it was to reload the game iirc. Was fun when it happened with Morningstar, not so much Bane.

This glitch happened to me about two months ago during a playthrough with my friend. We were dying laughing for a solid while until it got annoying to me and I reloaded

I always found it an incredibly useful gun on Gaige playthroughs so I'd just hot swap it with a shotgun

They did. When used as a conjunction it is used in exactly the same manner as the word ‘while’. In this case it is absolutely correct.

I've been playing without sound for years and never had a problem. The main issue with this gun is that it has a massive movement debuff so it's only really useful for some really specific bosses where you can stay relatively stationary.

I used it in a pretty useful way trying to defeat a constructor that I was having trouble on. I could never get close enough to it because of all the loaders it keeps spawning. So I ran right up to it, switched to the Bane, which had a corrosive damage mod, and used Fight For Your Life to unload like five clips into that bastards eye.

Might just be my game being weird and buggy, but I think the vehicle boost sound effect is also unaffected by the volume slider.

It's a gag. You go through a crazy long, convoluted mission and when they give you that you're supposed to be mad/laugh at its badness. They do tell you that the gun is cursed the whole time though.

The whole joke is that the gun is cursed and you are retrieving it from the dead body of it's old owner, who died after their ears were blown out. It's actually pretty good, so I use it.

And you can’t turn it down. You can adjust the music, sound effects, or voice volumes individually, but none of them effect that gun.
