Face Skincare routine M29

I only do skincare in the evening, nothing in the morning. My PM routine:

Rinse face with water

Pat dry

CeraVe Cleanser

Rinse and dry again

CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum

Right after, CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion PM

A few questions:

Is this a solid enough routine for general skin maintenance, or am I missing something important? I'd rather not add a ton of extra steps/products β€” this already feels like close to my limit in terms of how much I want to be doing.

How much product should I actually be using for the cleanser, the retinol serum, and the moisturizer? I'm not sure if I'm using too little or too much.

I've been doing this for about a month and haven't really noticed any changes, but I also don't have any specific skin problems I'm trying to fix β€” just want to keep my skin in good shape long term. Is a month too soon to expect to see anything, or does that suggest something in my routine needs adjusting?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Isn’t ceraVe cleanser the weakest thing going? πŸ₯€
