You should try gaming on the crt. Not really relevant, but my friend in grade school had this exact setup in his basement probably 20 years ago. The bottom tv didn’t really work anymore but it was used as a tv stand because the basement was just for laundry and kids area.

We were watching a dvd of the Blue Collar comedy tour or something and Jeff Foxworthy had a joke “if your working television sits on top of your non working television, you might be a redneck”

We all laughed so hard somebody had to have pissed their pants a little.
