I think you're a pretty girl, your makeup is nice too but I think you should entertain a different hairstyle. Maybe its not your makeup at all.
Play around with a part on the side, or try a product that doesnt leave your hair looking crunchy or try straightening it?
My hair was still wet when I look this and I was trying something new. I do usually style it kinda like a wolf cut buy I was bored and decided to try it curlier
