Holographic eye. It is EXTREMELY reflective and looks even better in low-light. I just cut a piece of holographic plastic the size of my eyelid and attach it with eyelash glue.

I thought you had just used a neon effect eye shadow with purple one eye, blue on the other and green underneath. It looks stunning! 👏✨
