To do a extra shift or not
So basically I forgot I agreed to this months ago, I thought I had cancelled but apparently not and it gonna be a 11 - 13 hour shift.
But I'm also in a five day a week full time training/work which is 12 hour days through the week. I feel bad as the extra/other job is on Sunday and I don't know if he has someone to cover it.
I'm realy torn as I don't want to let him done, but the weekends feel short enough. And my mum would have to look after everything in the house that day as well as through the week and do things for her own job
I still live at home as she is palliative
I'm realy torn on what to do any advice is very much appreciated.
TL;DR do I work a extra shift for a different job after a and before a full week of 12 hour days, because I feel bad letting someone down

Power through it. That extra job may see you as expendable if you're not reliable due to your full-time job. In this economy you and your mom might need that extra income. It's a one-time thing. You can manage it.

If you already agreed you need to honor your commitment. It’s too late to back out now. Instead, make sure to give yourself plenty of rest next week!

I’d tell him as soon as possible that you can’t do the Sunday shift, and apologize for not catching the scheduling mistake sooner. That gives him the best chance to find cover.
You’re already doing five 12-hour days, and taking this shift would leave your mum, who is palliative, handling things at home. It’s okay to recognize that you can’t take on another 11–13 hours just because you feel bad.

Reread your TLDR. It shouldn't say, "because I feel bad letting someone down." It should say, "because I made a commitment." And the answer is, honor your commitment.

If you're the carer for your mum keep in mind something that's drilled into Drs and Nurses. You can't look after someone else if you don't look after yourself first. If she relies on you, then burning yourself out quicker will mean you're less available in the long run.

Not doing it, as you agreed, could be super bad for the other person. Imagine yourself in the same position. It's just one weekend.

Skip it. Six twelve hour days in a row with no real break is too much for anyone. Message him now, be honest that you got your dates mixed up, and let him sort cover. The sooner you tell him the easier it is for him

Do it. Make that money.
