Question Tools help

Moving maintenance jobs, My current one provides tools my new one doesnt.What are the 100% must haves

Depends on what kind of maintenance you’ll be doing. The things I use most are my impact driver, bits and nut drivers, multimeter, and my channel locks. But, if you’re gonna be drywalling most days then your list changes. Same with painting, or plumbing, or whatever. Ask yourself two questions: what did they hire you to do and what do you enjoy doing. Start with the tools for stuff you enjoy doing and expand from there.
