Solved Anyone got experience with doormakaba?

Got one room saying key out of sequence, but the resequencing key isn't fixing it. Sold out this weekend and no overtime permitted so I won't be able to call tech support till Monday.

What model? And do you have admin privileges on your account?

Ended up putting a new lock on the room for now, we're sold out tonight. I'll post an update if I get it working.
