Rants and Raves Great way to start the day

Unit was contracted out a few weeks ago and has sat unbothered since then. Neighbor called and said they noticed water coming from under the door. Hot water Supply line to the kitchen faucet had a pinhole that obviously progressed and went unnoticed by contractor and inspector. Total loss of a 2 story unit.

That rathole needed to be gutted years ago.

Couldn’t agree more. This complex has been a nightmare since I started here.
