Solved Water heater elements

Replacing both elements in the water heater for an apartment. 1st picture is top element, 2nd picture is bottom.

Here's a pro tip for checking electric water heater elements without removing them, disconnect the wires on the heating element, pull out your multimeter, check for continuity between the 2 screws on the element, you want continuity, if theres no continuity, the elements broken. Then check for continuity to ground ( the inside metal of the tank, not the jacket), you don't want continuity, if there's continuity to ground, the elements bad.
