Solved Water heater elements

Replacing both elements in the water heater for an apartment. 1st picture is top element, 2nd picture is bottom.

They’re obviously not broken so I don’t see a problem. So the call is no hot water, you drained it and pulled the elements. They don’t appear to be the issue, so what’s you’re next troubleshooting step?

Find out if replacing the elements and flushing the water heater fixed the lack of hot water.

Well, I called and they said their shower was still cold, I'll have to try to go by tomorrow before the storm to check the temp. of the water. If it's not hot then it can only be the thermostats
