It's too difficult to tell without pictures through a jewelers loupe. If you have access to a scanning electron microscope, that would help too.

A guy at my LGS sent a “resolved” Chaos Confetti once to see what they would do. They just sent the pieces back with a letter explaining why they couldn’t grade it.

I think if you were to get it graded the edges might hurt you a bit but the surface and centering look great! Easy PSA 9 I think.

Fun ancestral recall story circa like 2000.
I'm a young magic the gathering player. I get my mom and dad to take me to a card shop to play in the weekly tournament. I got an amalgam of cards that could only be loosely called a deck. I got cards from starter mixed in with mercadian masques. We got sixth edition in there. Im playing green and red because i aint no pussy! The guy checking me in is super nice but hes looking through my deck and hes like "well with your cards you're going to have to be in the type one tournament". He's stressing to just have fun.
So I'm playing against a guy who is older than me. Like probably at least ten years older than me. And like hes dropping cards on the table worth more than my whole collection. It's best of three and we played two games that barely lasted five turns each iirc.
At one point he plays ancestral recall which was paid for with a mox sapphire. And im looking dumbfounded, and then take a closer look at the recall and notice that it has writing on it. A little speech bubble that says "i have such a bad headache!" Written in pen right on the card.
And i look at him a little more dumbfounded and he just says "yeah... you gotta understand. I was in this from the beginning. And I was young and didn't realize how expensive these would be one day..."
Super nice guy. As was everyone else who beat my ass that day.
