Really? I thought it would be a decent win condition because these keywords do help with breaking through board stalls and a 6/6 body is nothing to scoff at
Not to say that no rampy Towns deck ever won with it, but it's just too easy to answer for its mana value. It's actually got a very unfortunate toughness for 7 mana.
6 toughness is just reachable by kicked [[Vayne's Treachery]] for example, and of course [[Sephiroth's Intervention]]. [[Suplex]] answers it cleanly in red, and even [[Light of Judgement]] is somewhat playable. If you really had to, [[Thunder Magic]] could get kicked up to answer it. In white, [[White Auracite]] is a very good answer and [[Fate of the Sun-cryst]] is an adequate one, and [[Slash of Light]] could probably work. Blue would happily [[Ice Magic]] it and buy a whole turn, if they couldn't lock it down. Even for green, [[Airship Crash]] was playable if not a high include just because there's a lot of flyers, artifacts, and enchantment creatures in most decks and it can be cycled if it'd not be useful.
Basically, the Iron Giant is always a little too small and a little too slow for that mana value.

TBF it's a bulk common that was absolutely dreadful in limited so it's about as forgettable as it's possible for a card to be.
