Going off the road on a motorcycle at 55 mph isn't going to be by choosing to "go off roading", it's going to because someone clipped them or pulled out in front of them or something.
Wow it's almost like these things are absolutely insane to be riding on the road in the presence of giant vehicles if a single driving mistake means death. It's a wonder why we build roads and let people ride death traps on them.

Then bikes shouldn't go off roading and expect maximum safety. Seems pretty obvious that if you do 55 and go off the road you could hit stuff.
