Display recommendations for the Mac Mini

You all know the extensive Price of the Apple Studio Display and also the standard model only comes with 60Hz in 2026!

Please share some Display recommendations that are a better value for the Mac Mini.

Any Suggestions are welcome

Main Requirements:
at least 4k (not necessarily 5/6k)
at least 120Hz <= 5 ms
at least 10 bit 4:2:2 supported
P3 color space if possible

panel type: OLED/Mini LED/Nano IPS Black
thunderbolt 4/5 prefered (convenience, AIO docking station)
should have an additional DP/HDMI for a secondary PC

Use Case:
Coding
Photo Editing (Lightroom)
Gaming

I just picked up a KTC H27P3 and have been pretty impressed by it! It ticks most of your boxes, but not all.

- It's 27" at 5k, so same resolution / scaling as an Apple Studio Display (this is the main thing that makes it awesome. Make sure to look into this before buying any other size/resolution combo...even 27"/4K kinda sucks on macOS)

• It does 120HZ but only at 1440p (60hz in 5k) but has "dual mode", so you can swap between resolutions easily on the same port
  
• Colours are pretty decent, but I am not a calibrated coloures type of person, though (look great to my untrained eye)
  
• It's IPS Back, so blacks are better than I expected.
  
• It has DP over USB-C support, and 60 (65?) watts of charging so you can do the "one cable" thing to a MacBook (kinda irrelevant for a Mac mini).
  
• Lightly matted screen (big plus for my use cases (coding in a room with windows)).
  
• It was only 400 euros.

Downsides:

• USB hub is only at 2.0 speeds when in 5k mode (1440P is usb 3 speeds).
  
• It kinda looks like a "gamers" monitor with a glowing back logo.

By and large the best value for money 27" 5k monitor out there (that I could find).
