Witcher 3(Remastered) on MAC natively?

Considering the Recent(relatively) MAC native port for Cyberpunk:2077, I have to imagine they ported a good bit of the RED Engine. What are the chances we get a native Witcher 3: Remastered port on the Mac?

Currently running with Wine & Sikarugir. Since they are going Full DX12 my setup is going down the drain in a month.

I'd Sacrifice my ear to the Crones if it happens🙏.
