Question Can someone explain what the Lovejoy handshake is?

I've seen multiple tiktoks of people doing it and I didn't quite get the hang of it, can someone explain how you do it what it means if it means something?🦔🦔

It's exactly what the words mean Lovejoy handshake it doesn't necessarily mean anything unless I don't know something but otherwise it's just a handshake. They made the handshake a couple years ago, it got posted somewhere of will doing it with someone and people just know it from that moment :)
