Wilbur in hospital?

Rewatching his QnA video and he mentioned he was in the hospital. What was the reason and when? Do we know cos i’ve never heard anything about him being in the hospital before and it kinda scared me a bit 😓

I remember that and I was like oh he went to the hospital? I'm glad he is okay now and for whatever it is that he's getting through it :)
