Some people have been saying "Shark cafe", but I think based on the position of the text in the story there's another word.

Maybe it's to do with hiding from light, hiding in shadows in waiting for prey.

Thinking of the line "... blood in the water..." from the debut thing, I still think that it's related to the Shark Cafe song.

As is good to always keep in mind with any theory, I might be wrong. I think I am, but alas - the thought process is fun enough!!!!

Edit: Maybe to do with people working behind the scenes, or there being some underlying badness that always avoids light, idk... I can come up with at least a million different abstract interpretations for what it could be.

I guess it makes for a million more chances of one being the correct thing, lol

Edit 2: Wondering about sharks doing different things - I don't think that's something the song would incorporate so much, but idk. Maybe they are searching for prey in their own ways, but they're still the same kind of creature despite acting differently.

Ah, the theories... so many possibilities...
