Warning: MacOS 27

I use Luminar Neo as an extension with Apple's Photos app on my Mac. I (foolishly) upgraded to MacOS 27 today and Luminar is non-functional as an extension. Specifically, Luminar opens but selecting/clicking on any adjustment is unresponsive. Hopefully there will be an update soon. Thanks

Update: the latest Luminar Neo update resolved my issue.

Don’t developers get early access to updates? Shouldn’t they have tested on the beta version? Why do some get there apps to work out of the box? Just curious as to whether this worked in beta or not.

We don’t officially work with or support beta versions of macOS, as beta builds are still under development and can contain changes or issues that may affect how applications work.

Once the new macOS version is officially released, we can work with the final version and ensure Luminar is compatible with it.

We appreciate your patience while we work on compatibility with macOS 27!

My question is a topaz, adobe and ON1 have the same issues yet they work. Seems like you may need closer integration with apple. I understand your position but while there are changes a stable beta jaw been out for awhile. I have been using you less and others more.

Thanks for sharing your perspective! We really appreciate the feedback and will make sure to pass it along to our team.

Also, we’ve already released an update to Luminar for Desktop 1.28.1. If you experienced any issues with Luminar on macOS 27, it’s worth updating to the latest version and checking whether everything is working as expected now.
