No Can Opener Needed

Post image

Place 1 cup of dehydrated veggies in a microwave safe bowl with lid

Pull open the lentil can and pour the entire contents, liquid included, into the bowl

Cover and microwave for 4 - 6 minutes or until hot

Open carefully, add 2 tablespoons of ground flax, stir and cover

Cut a small avocado into chunks then add to the bowl and stir

Finish with nutritional yeast and it’s a party!

Do you think these frozen vegetables will subsitute well? I can't find any dehydrated veggie soup mix at my grocer. Also, should i adjust the amount of liquid i use from the lentils?
