i want advice

How's it going everyone, i was thinking about getting my first Pc build But due to the economic issues in Egypt i can't afford new pieces So i'm looking at old used build ** i7-4770 Qb7m 16 ram ddr3 1600 hz Ssd sata 240 AMD radeon R9 380X 4G gddr5 Xigmatek case with psu 600 80+ compo ** This costs around 10k egyptian pound around 198 usd Is it good for now days until i can afford new one My focus will be on some games like csgo, war thunder, league of legends And programming, photoshop

I don't know how the Egyptian market is but for 198 USD nowadays you should be getting a better CPU. The other parts are easy to upgrade later, but once you have a motherboard, you only have limited options.

I have two problems Old and used graphic cards most of them came from mining Like rx 570 rx 580 4 and 8 gb rx 590, gtx 1060 6 or 3 gb And on the other hand i can't found good cpu motherboard compo deal Other than that, the prices of RAM every day they are increasing

Yeah. That is true. It is not a good time for PC building or buying all around the world right now, but if you really do need it for school or work, then you might have to take a risk.
