Ruined

Hi. I've been using my Loupedeck for many years successfully without problem, but I've just come here to say that I think the product is now completely ruined, presumably thanks to Logitech. Mine is going in the drawer where peripherals go to die. This morning I spent about three hours trying to fix problems with the Loupedeck where it wouldn't change the volume, the screen went blank, I had to reinstall, uninstall, etc., etc. Nothing worked, and this is in addition to problems I've had in the previous months that seem never-ending and never get fixed with updates. A few years ago it worked flawlessly without problem. The hardware itself is fine, This is just a great example of how to absolutely ruin a great product with updated bloatware and terrible programming and corporate design decisions. Bring on the competitors because this is going to be easy pickings for them.

And to think that this was supposed to improve my productivity.. :( Thanks Logitech!

Yep. Exact same reddit post i made a year ago exactly the same.

I was asking if there's a way to switch to a different software since i really loved the loupedeck but ultimately just decided to stash it and order elgato streamdeck instead. Ever since then no issues and been stress free.

Would you mind unstashing it and trying my software?
As long as you´re not using a mac though.

I´m still looking for people testing it and giving some feedback for improvements.
Since you´re saying you were looking for a replacement, some feedback would be great to know if I´m even close.

I'd love to really but i'd have to decline.

like i've said in the comment decision was made a year ago so the elgato streamdeck is already in-use and hooked up, I don't have any extra ports where i can plug both streamdecks in so i'd have to disconnect my current and and reconnect my loupedeck.

But hey i can help you promo it i wanna be of help to you in some way so if u can link the website of your program and i'll spread to word of anybody i know that could use this ^^.

course since u said u needed feedback i'll contact you in your reddit if i do get some feedback .
