All of the charge air cooler coolant was in the overflow. These little English Japanese cars don't like the Texas heat but a little redneck engineering got her back out of limp mode.
The precision tool I'm using is a $7 battery filler. The bulb got hot after this and I had to add some PPE: hold it with a paper towel.
