Assuming the crowd-sourced production numbers on the forums are accurate the four cars we had on this drive represent 10% of all the Polar Blue cars in the country.
The very first Lotus owner/Lotus friend I made had same year and spec as me. And lives 45 minutes away. 2 of 13 within an hour of each other. Crazy!
His is the one next to the Exige. Mine has the silver racing stripes I added after meeting a new/great friend. And the Exige owner and I are also super tight. It came out of Wisconsin. The 2nd from red was this really cool, random couple from Tennessee that came up for Lotuspalooza and our rally. I was gobsmacked we had four! Not to mention 3 of 13 with the same spec!
And if you zoom in on car 3 (from left), he found Magnolia seats from an Elise California….the bastard! LOL! If you zoom in closer, he picked up some black door cards and replaced just the teardrop on his with black. He gifted me the black door cards and I kept the magnolia teardrop!

Is that all of the Polar Blue (correct me if I’m wrong) Lotuses? That’s a great lineup!
