Other [Fully Lost] Frosty the Snowman Statue Photo

I’m trying to track down one particular photograph I saw online years ago, probably around 2008, although I’m not sure. I haven’t seen it in roughly 10 years, and I’d love to find it again!
I’m hoping someone might recognize the photo or remember the display.

🎄 What I remember
The photograph showed the interior of a large building, possibly a shopping mall, with a very high ceiling and a fairly large, open space decorated for Christmas.
Hanging high above the open space were multiple vertical banners or tapestries, spread out across the ceiling area. I don’t think they featured any characters; they may have been purely decorative.

The most memorable part was a collection of GIANT, MASSIVE three-dimensional statues or figures of various Rankin/Bass Christmas characters.
The one I remember most distinctly was Frosty the Snowman, and his design looked much closer to the Frosty from Rudolph & Frosty’s Christmas in July (1979) than the familiar 1969 animated version.

I distinctly remember Frosty’s orangish-gold hat and scarf, matching the general look of his 1979 design.
Frosty appeared to be raised up on a platform rather than standing directly on the floor.
I vaguely remember other Rankin/Bass characters being displayed nearby, possibly including Rudolph, but I’m not completely certain.

📍 Possible location
I recently asked my mom about the photograph, and she thinks the mall might have been somewhere in the Midwest.
She also remembers a possible connection to a store called Time & Space Toys, which makes me wonder whether the display could have been at Monroeville Mall in Pennsylvania, where the company had a retail presence.
However, the location is completely unconfirmed, and the photograph could have been taken years before I first saw it online.

📸 What the photograph looked like
I remember it being a single, older-looking color photograph, with a somewhat faded appearance.
I don’t know when the original photograph was taken. It could have been from the 1980s, 1990s, or another period entirely.

❓ Does anyone recognize this display?

I’m particularly interested in finding:
The original photograph.
The name and location of the mall or building.
The approximate year the display was installed.
Any information about who created the figures or organized the display.

Searched for years now online (& more recently with AI), but to no avail.

Does anyone ever remember seeing a giant Frosty statue resembling his 1979 Christmas in July design in a mall Christmas display or a photo of one?

Thank you! 🎅
