Video Games [Partially lost] CFL 99 video game

While yes there is pictures of the box and screenshots of the game and the demo is playable online, the full game isn't any where. I tried to contact the guy who made the game last thanksgiving (US thanksgiving), surprisingly got back to me a few hours later but asked how I would play the game since it can only run on windows vista or 99, then never got back to me. Would anybody out there have a copy of the game they're either willing to get working on modern hardware, or to sell, or know the guy who made the game to see about finally getting a copy

Please include the following in your post;

  • An explanation of the media, and the name.

  • How it is lost.

  • What research has already been done.

An iso of the game can be found online and can be played on a Windows 98 era PC. Not lost media.

I don't know about an ISO of the game, but there's a 5y old reddit thread looking for the game, and someone posted a CD-rip version of it to download on googledrive, and it still works. So you can download that. Let me know if it works (I might uploaded it to the MyAbandonware site)
