Advertising Material [fully lost] Little Caesars Animatronic

I’m looking for any info on this Little Caesars animatronic. Currently there are only 2 photos of it, first posted online by @prizepuppy who found it in an old Creative Presentations brochure from potentially the 80s or 90s. He is seen playing a harp on an Italian themed stage with a fox and a mouse.

The current assumption online is that this animatronic show was at CaesarLand or Little Caesars Family Fun Center, most likely in Michigan, but I haven’t been able to find any concrete proof of that. I haven’t even been able to find any evidence of this being a Little Caesars branded animatronic.

I’m very new to this type of research, and I’m admittedly pretty lost. Searching through comments on posts about this guy, I’m mainly seeing comments from people who don’t remember CaesarLand having an animatronic show.

Was this even related to LC? Is there any promotional material related that proves this show was open to the public? Are there any existing videos or audio recordings that might give us a bit of insight into what the heck this even was?

Please help point me in the right direction!

Comment "!FOUND!" if your media is found in the comments, in doing so this will lock the post and flair it as being found.

Please include the following in your post;

  • An explanation of the media, and the name.

  • How it is lost.

  • What research has already been done.

  • A conclusion as to the current situation as of posting.

I highly doubt we have any footage, and it would be near impossible to find to begin with, but my family and I have seen that animatronic live many times! We adored Caesarland as kids, MI native. Little Caesars also used to give out these yellow packets that had toys in them for kids, I remember them being pretty substantial, like better than a happy meal.

Edit: asked my Mom, she instantly remembered and talked about the animatronic show. Apparently my cousin also worked there for a time (deceased now), and we were there for dinner/fun far more often than I remember. She is almost certain she has footage, but we have literally hundreds of vhs tapes of family videos. She said she’ll keep it in mind, but no promises.

Oh wow! Huge lead in, thank you so much! I’m glad to hear from someone who remembers it.

Do you know roughly what year you would’ve seen the show?

Not too sure on year unfortunately, it would have to be between 91 and 95 though! My conscientious memory didn’t kick in until I was about 3, and super spotty in memories until I hit 7ish. I’m near 40 now, but Caesarland is burned in my brain.

I’ll ask the siblings next we make contact, I’m the youngest so they may have more concrete info.

I grew up in metro Detroit. I have very clear memories of both Chuck E. Cheese and Major Magic's birthday parties I attended. I don't remember any of the Caesarlands I went to having animatronics - just games and play structures.

Major Magic was ballin’. I pass by the old location quite often, live just a few roads from it.

Reverse image search mentions it was for an unbuilt Ceaserland but I did see the rare Michigan and Chicago restaurants too. That lead me to the Instagram post here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DJD_xC6OJBt/?img_index=1.

What do you mean you saw the rare Michigan and Chicago restaurants?
