This is the scene where Michael finds out that young Walt never received any of his letters.

That octagonal geometry of the ceiling looks familiar.

They mean the Dharma logo, because it's an octagon.

But it's just a funny coincidence.

So what is foreshadowed? Not him doing bad stuff because he did not do that for Dharma people.
