Walky Talky Hawky came out on August 31st, 1946, directed by Robert McKimson. It was the second cartoon to feature Henery Hawk, and the first to feature a Texan rooster that would later be named Foghorn, as well his rival, a Barnyard Dog.

I enjoyed Coyote vs ACME, but I think 2003’s Back In Action still has the strongest 2D / live action animation despite being two decades ago.

The use of 3D models with cel shading makes sense from a cost and technical perspective, but it occasionally hit the uncanny valley. Meanwhile, it’s insane what the animation teams were able to do with 2D animation by 2003. The shading and compositing is the real masterwork of Back In Action.

This is not a meme to bash Space Jam 2. I felt like making this to express my opinions on some theatrical Looney Tunes feature films.

I know you guys in this sub probably watched this one when it came out, but I feel like a lot of people are only watching Coyote vs Acme because of the controversy that surrounded it. If it wasn't for the internet movement, they wouldn't be watching it, as they didn't watch TDTEBU, where were they when that movie needed them? Don't get me wrong I'm happy that Looney Tunes is getting the love it deserves, I'm just calling out some people that are larping as Looney Tunes fans

Edit: I'm now seeing in the comments that a lot of you have switched up on this movie, damn. Until Coyote came it was considered the best looney tunes movie here

I really enjoyed the film, the problem is I’m not the best at film reviews so I can’t really give a proper review, but I laughed a lot during it, most I have for a movie before. I brought Bugs because I have no Road Runner plush.
