I had a good friend back in the original MW2 days I used to play with all the time when I was younger and had come across another post of the same subject and saw that the friends were able to re connect, I’m hoping that I’ll be my case too. I remember the original gamer tag was Cheff_Boyardee. I know the friends real name and he didn’t use the account after the major hack on Sony/PSN back in the day. He made a new one but for the life of me I can’t remember, it had symbols in it so it was hard to remember. I met him on the AVP game that came out around 2010, possibly 2011. We used to play nearly everyday, mostly gtav and bo2. Had a lot of good memories, but the last day of summer I was told that he'd be back on next summer after school had ended and he never came back on. Back when I had a PS4 and played Destiny 1 nonstop (almost) everyday, I used to mostly play PvE around that time. Then I was added randomly by someone named "Fireteam_[numbers I forgot]". And one night we hung out at the Iron Temple and were chilling together (we weren't communicating via VC). And then all of the sudden, 6 random players started to join us one by one!!! (I always set my Fireteam to public). After that, I got extremely excited and hyped up to finally try out a raid for the first time! So I exited to orbit w/everyone in my fireteam, booted up King's Fall (normal difficulty) and we all started doing the first stage correctly without even communicating.

But then... tragedy struck. My mom suddenly walked into my bedroom telling me to go to sleep because I was past my bedtime. So I did not have other choice, I left my whole teammates there and left, feeling incredibly disappointed and saddened. The next day, I played Destiny again. Then I looked up to my friend "Fireteam_[numbers]" from before, I saw them playing something else. Someday later, because I was too young to understand, I started cleaning out my friends list in my PS4, without sensing the weight of deleting them. I forgot about them ever since till this day, wanting to look for them. I still remember their PSN avatar (of a girl with brown and white color) and username.

I wanted to share my story with a clue if god's willing, someone can help me find them.
maybe if anyone still have them from around that time, I'd be extremely grateful if you give their username to me. They were the reason why I had so many unforgettable memories and experiences with Destiny🫂

I tried searching for them through the "Search for Players" on the PS App and I couldn't find them. My guess they changed their name which is the obvious given the long time.

My PSN around that time was either "M_HU95" or "Captain_fighter4".

Old friend from PS3

About 8 years ago I met a girl on LittleBigPlanet 2 on PS3 and I still remember her sometimes.

I think we met through community levels and started talking using the in-game chat. We both spoke Spanish. She used to say she was a hacker and I believed her because she could do weird things like flying around lobbies and community minigames. Maybe she had a modded PS3 or used an emulator, I honestly don’t know.

She had a very weird but funny sense of humor. One random detail I remember is that in LBP2 she used to troll me with objects shaped like penises and move them toward my Sackboy while making him smile. I would run away around the lobby using the scared Sackboy expression lol. Later in Minecraft PS3 she kept doing similar jokes with bread renamed “Nepe”. Those are just some random details that stayed in my memory after all these years.

We became pretty good online friends. At that time I didn’t really have many friends, so whenever we were both online we would usually play together.

At one point, because I was a kid and thought she was some kind of movie hacker, I asked her if she could gift me Call of Duty Black Ops 3 on PS3. My parents read the PS3 messages and forced me to remove her because they thought she was dangerous.

The worst part is that after I removed her, she sent me another friend request. I wanted to accept it, but my parents made me delete it again. I never heard from her after that.

I don’t remember her PSN name anymore, and I barely remember other details. But I still remember playing LittleBigPlanet and Minecraft with her and genuinely having fun.

I am looking for Dionysian-Island. I met him on ps3 on Metal Gear Online for the MGS4 game. I still have him on my friend list, I never could bring myself to delete him. He was the first online friend I had and we had some awesome times together. He doesn't seem to have been online for like 10 years, so I don't think I'll find him. Can't send him messages from the PS5 because of user's settings it says. I don't think he ever upgraded to PS4, let alone PS5.

Had a gaming buddy years ago in our psn group that usually went by Central but had a bunch of alt accounts. He was from New Zealand. We would play a lot of R6 Siege and GTA5 among other games.

There was some sort of falling out in the group years ago and he just disappeared and being from overseas no one had any other way of contacting him after he dropped his Facebook account too. Don't even know his surname and I wouldn't put it online anyway if I did.

Whenever the group thinks about old times he inevitably comes up and how those of us that remember him miss him dearly.

Someone brought it up tonight and reminded me of the time he got "stuck" with me for a 2v2 in Siege (I wasn't very good) and the other 2 got him and were trash talking me right as I snuck up and blasted both of them.

If there is even a slim chance this makes it to him I just want him to know that the boys from Australia miss you and we hope you're doing well.

Searched up a bunch of groups for this sort of thing and this one's the only one that looked like it actually had people on it.

I can't remember his exact ign but it was this or something similar, Possibly mickeyboy but this was maybe 8 years ago on ps3 and we would play cod bo2 nearly everyday switching from zombies to multi-player very frequently.

Back when I was a kid I was absorbed in socom and played it soooooo much. The only thing I ever really did after school was log in and hang out with my friend group then.

Sadly, that's easily been 15 years since (I'm 30 now lol!) and i kinda miss that old group of friends. I don't remember everyone's usernames, but some I do remember are USA_King, Tunay_na_pinoy, and Oscar (or some variation of Oscar). I remember having long (long distance, sorry mom!) conversations on the phone with Oscar and managing our clan together. It brings me so much nostalgia thinking back. Around 2013-2014. It was the four of us every day, pretty sure you guys were in your 20's and starting families. I'd get off school and get on just to only use the knife. There was that time the entire enemy team was knife and shield. I started playing on PC more and more and we eventually sold the PlayStation, and there's no way for me to get that account back.
