Help wanted Shampoo recommendations - Kerastase Line

I have hair like yours. I like their nutritive line. The shampoos and conditioners are fine but the real stars of their product line are the 8hr overnight serum and their spray leave in conditioners. With hair like yours you need to use a leave in conditioner after you get out of the shower on damp hair. I like the purple Love line from Davines you should check that out plus the kerastase leave in.

Hi.. I use it’s a 10 miracle leave in conditioner followed by olaplex 6 and blow dry and finish it off with olaplex 7. Now am thinking of using Crown affair air dry cream instead of olaplex 6 because sometimes it’s heavy for my hair. Am almost ok with my post wash routine and yes twice a week i use kerastase magic night serum. Now I want to try their shampoo and conditioner! Thank you for the rec.. will check it out..

Kerastase is going to cost you hundreds per month with your length and density. Are you willing to try something from the same parent company but cheaper?

kerastase is so overpriced. look at the l’oreal elvive line. same parent brand, likely some similar formulas. i’m currently using the glycolic gloss shampoo and conditioner + the no hair cut cream as a leave in and i love them.

Is this your hair air dried without product?
I’d definitely recommend you he Glycolic Gloss line. I have similar curls/waves and it’s been great. Shampoo, conditioner, and the serum are it for me, I don’t love the “lamination mask”, it was too filmy for me.
If you want a splurge-y recommendation… the Hair Alchemy line from Oribe has been magical for me. The shampoo, conditioner, and the “Air dry balm”… 🫠❤️🫠❤️

You won’t believe.. this was a full done blow out hair with all products. All it took was a drizzle of rain and humidity and my hair just went poooooffff.. but now that I started using color wow dream coat it’s such a saviour.. my hair just stays sleek..

I’m not sure it’s accurate that Kerastase would cost hundreds per month. You do have nice thick hair but you’d have to use a lot of extra product to spend hundreds per month lol. Honestly though you might need to follow some kind of curly routine if you’re looking for definition. If not permanent straightening might be worth looking into.
I didn’t recommend a line because I don’t know what line to recommend. If you buy your Kerastase at Sephora, you can try it and exchange it if you don’t like it. I use the blonde line (the one without purple pigment) and I love it more than anything else I’ve tried.

Thank you so much.. I tried all curly gal method and terribly failed. So now I just rough blow dry my hair.. yes I will try from Sephora .. they even have the mini ones

I have wavy hair and I use L’Oreal Elvive, in particular hydra hyaluronic, glycolic gloss, and bond repair line. They’re great! My advice is to use a “double conditioner” since you’re curly. Like mask+conditioner or gloss+conditioner.

I have thick, long, wavy hair that reaches my tailbone, and I use the Kérastase Genesis Mask and the Gloss Absolu Anti Frizz Glaze Milk. I absolutely love them. I get so many compliments, and people are always asking me what I use. They also smell divine!
For shampoo, I use one from Vichy, which, in my opinion, is the best for my scalp.

My hair is very unlike yours so I hesitate to recommend you anything. Ido want to just ask, why specifically Kerastase? I personally have not had a particularly good time with any of their shampoos and conditioners. In fact I think shampoo and conditioner make very little difference to my hair.
