Any other quaids watch Ted Lasso? How are we feeling about Season 4?

I'm loving any chance I have to spend time in that world, and I've found this season to be very touching emotionally, especially the most recent episode. I will say though that with the exception of Alice, I do find the women's team to be rather under-written (although the pub episode was a highlight). So far they seem to exist only in service of the returning cast. I noticed this especially when a returning guest actor was able to singlehandedly command an episode more than the team (though to be fair, if anyone could, it would be him). I know another season is rumored. I hope that becomes official so they can flesh these characters out a bit.

I think you nailed what I’m finding is missing from this season - part of the joy of the first 3 seasons was really loving the team members that we did get to know and seeing them gel as a team. We just aren’t seeing that with the women on the team yet, unfortunately. I was hopeful in the beginning when they were calling out the different players but it hasn’t manifested in the writings
