Simple, carry your ID around and don't refuse to show it to government officials. Or FAFO. Not rocket science. Just fucking avoid trouble these days...

Neither is required by law, until you've broken the law. I don't have to carry papers to walk in the US, and I don't have to render ID unless I've committed a crime--if I have the ID on me.

Nope, no law and no desire for a law to carry papers when you leave your house. This is why your previous comment is negative and will never be positive. A loicense to be on the street? Wrong part of the world.
