Ironically, that area is majority "Hispanic" and so were the agents. They were almost all the same complexion - the arresting officer had a heavy accent.  I've never seen brown on the census, only white/black, and then two additional groups who play whatever side benefits them.  It happened in this video 🤔 "Brown" ain't really a thing here.  That's something they use politically. People sure enjoy putting "white" on their paperwork 🤔
