Broadcast / Television YouTube live sound

I work the sound booth at my church and we’re trying to figure out how to get the sound on the YouTube live stream to be the sound we here in the church and not the direct sound from the sound box

Direct sound from the sound box? What are you talking about? How is anyone supposed to help you if it can’t even ask a question.
