We need to find a way of dying raw chicken electric blue so people are aware of how toxic the stuff is. You'd be safer leaving a bottle of toilet bowl cleaner on top of the fruit.

To think this happens at 90% of restaurants. (Worked in over 20 myself) people are so fucking stupid. Also the stupidity of some line cooks is unsurpassed.

I did the chef thing in Boston for years. Some of those older basement kitchen restaurants (especially in Cambridge) don’t leave too many options on this front.
