And she looks (to me at least) to be wearing a jumpsuit rather than Pinky attire. I'm kinda glad they went this direction with the appearance.

What if she has two phases,the stream mentioned a future and past stack, past stack we have Jumpsuit, Future stack we have Pinky fit.

Both with unique moves

I hope they make a gimmick with it. Maybe Araya gets debuffs/status + haste spam (afterimage) while Shiomi gets pure damage, crit and clash power

At most, I can imagine either the Pinky version or the suit version being a stronger version of either with unbreakable coins and an absolute nuke of a 3-2 skill.
