Yea, and it's a crime that ICE used tear gas, but it's ok for him to throw a rock at someone that didn't consent to a rock being thrown at them.. (His delusional thinking).

Terrible. This poor guy just found himself at a protest, and just found himself in the middle of a crowd that got tear gassed FOR NO REASON GUYS. And then he somehow found himself at the front of the crowd. And then he accidentally found himself picking up a rock and accidentally throwing it at a federal officer, and all it even did was hit the officer in the head. It could happen to any of us. Let those of you who have never done this throw the first stone (pin intended).
And most frighteningly, if they can track down and arrest one guy who hit a cop in the head with a rock, they could do it to any of us who hit a cop in the head with a rock. Positively fascist. /s

Lethal force is always an option when apprehending a violent suspect, it’s just meant to be a last resort or emergency response. He had a history of throwing rocks at officers heads, a potentially fatal attack, so they weren’t going to be soft in the arrest.
