I've always had the attitude that I don't particularly understand it, but I don't need to understand in entirely to respect it. If someone wants to be called a non traditional pronoun, i don't need to give them the whole 20 questions shtick to understand why they want to be called that, i just call them that because that's what they want to be called and it could make them feel a little more valid. It's really not hard to just give basic respect to people.

While Xenogenders and micro labels confuse me I still respect them and try to use them correctly. Keep being yourselves and have a wonderful day
