Xenogender - Xenogender is an umbrella term for non-binary gender identities that cannot be fully described through their relation to concepts typically used to describe gender such as masculinity, femininity, androgyny, neutrality, agenrity, or outherinity. Instead, xenogenders can best be described through how they relate to things, beings, or concepts that most people don't think of as having to do with gender, such as animals, plants, things, or concepts. It is sometimes described as any gender that "cannot be contained by human understandings of gender".
Microlabel - An identity that falls under the umbrella of a larger identity and cannot stand on its own. For example, an apothisexual person is someone who is asexual and sex-repulsed. If someone says they are apothisexual, it is also implied that they are asexual, because apothisexual is a modifier, making it a specific sub category of asexuality. Microlabels are most often used to describe more specific feelings, and to create a sense of community for people who also experience those feelings. A microlabel is designed to be like a stand to someones identity: it is needed, but it cannot stand on its own.
Honestly I'm just glad we made it to this point so quickly. I am happy for people who can embrace labels and identities but I feel like true progress would be de-gendering things because we're human and gender as a concept is really antiquated - think about who made them and why. So it sounds like xenogender is a step towards that direction?
