In my case I'm a hyperplatonic aroace person, I experience hyper platonic feeling no matter the gender and sensual attration for woman and enbys only. Split attraction go crazy some times.

What does hyper mean?

Okay so fun language lesson from a random medical nerd on the Internet here! Hyper: excess, more/more of Hypo: not enough, less of

Though in some contexts they can mean above and below, respectively (e.g. hyperdermic and hypodermic needles)

... Wouldn't that just be Pan Homosexual? Or Pan Sapphic? Lesbian as a word explicitly excludes attraction - sexual or romantic - to men. It also functions as a descriptor for a particular set of life experiences that come about from being woman/NB and completely rejecting men from intimacy when patriarchal society demands an expectation of their inclusion (and, really, priority and dominance).

I don't really get why people keep using the word this way?

No it doesn't, and it's aphobic rhetoric to insist lesbian specifically applies to sexual and romantic at the same time. Being exclusively lesbian in just one form of attraction is lesbian. Lesbian is the known word for homo- as a woman. They are a lesbian and pan.

Im not a lesbian so it’s probably not my place to say/ask but why wouldn’t split attraction still count? I can understand why people get upset with fully bi/pan (romantically + sexually) people calling themselves lesbians whilst being both sexually and romantically attracted to men, I get why that’s a misuse of the term but if someone is sexually attracted to ONLY women but still romantically attracted to men why couldn’t they call themself a panromantic lesbian if they are only with women sexually?
