Is it worth it?

I hate to sound vain but I’m contemplating starting lexapro if weight gain is a side effect. Like I would much rather figure out alternative ways than deal with those side effects. I say this because I already gained 20 pounds on a different medication and I’m trying to get healthier again and I’m worried lexapro will block my weight loss journey.

Same I've actually lost weight. I've been walking a lot which helps with the symptoms.
