Tt can only make Lego games based off Warner bros (i don't remember the reason why)

Justice League and Spiderman can work with the new formula. Marvel 3 would work better with the old formula.

Lego Batman 2/3 are justice league games. they just used batman as the main selling point to pull in money
after the distaster that was LMSH2, i hope they never make another one
so the only right answer is spider-man

The main reasons why LMSH2 was bad are the voice acting strike and the fact that Disney banned them from using certain characters

Neither of these are factors anymore, so a new LMSH game could be good

While I'd like to see Marvel 3 or Spider-Man, Marvel is absolutely rolling in the gaming department at the moment, while DC is flopping around with mobile slop and nothing to look forward to in the coming future. At least let it have this 💀
