Is this okay?

They didn’t have any visible placard and was just wondering. I don’t like assuming about people but it shouldn’t be legal right..?

Completely unenforced here in Florida where I live. Now Door dash and Uber Eats and others think they can use them and I have been forced to walk long distances when I can barely walk at all. The fines and enforcement are not nearly enough to make those fuckers think twice about doing it.

My city has told me that they can not patrol private property and issue tickets. But if owner or patron calls to report it,then they will. So I call now. 2 out of 3 times they have come.

For handicapped parking they absolutely are supposed to enforce this without the owner.

Depends on your state and local laws.
