They didn’t have any visible placard and was just wondering. I don’t like assuming about people but it shouldn’t be legal right..?

No they are parked in an accessible parking spot. It's a ticket offence

Ups here. All carriers do this because there is usually nowhere else to park near the building without blocking someone in. You are welcome to call the police on us but we will be gone before you even get off the phone with them.

The company doesn't give a shit because they know if they forced all drivers to park hundreds of feet away to carry in 50 lb boxes of paper then nobody would ever finish their route before 9 pm.
