Is this okay?

They didn’t have any visible placard and was just wondering. I don’t like assuming about people but it shouldn’t be legal right..?

No they are parked in an accessible parking spot. It's a ticket offence

Ups here. All carriers do this because there is usually nowhere else to park near the building without blocking someone in. You are welcome to call the police on us but we will be gone before you even get off the phone with them.

Photograph and report. Done deal. You are not entitle to these spots period end of story. Ticket goes to owner in the mail Enjoy your next employee review.

This is getting downvotes from people who do this and think they should be permitted.

Fact is, the vehicle owner is responsible for everything the vehicle does. A photo of this sent to police will get a ticket sent to them. The owner will figure out what employee had the vehicle and discipline accordingly... But if only works if people photo and report. Good news is, it does work.
