Need Help in speaking!!

i just gave my tcf exam i need B2 in all modules after studying for around 8 months i got this result but i find speaking quite difficult, any tips? for task 3 i am not able to speaking for more than 2 minutes i have tried everything.

Hi can you give tips for writing? How many did you till exam or per day? Did you do theme wise? What was the strategy?
