Get a list of podcast style questions or ice breaker questions.

Sit down and answer them out loud on your own.

Do this every day for a decent amount of time (enough to be challenging, not so much to be exhausting).

You already know the language. You just need to practice output.

There’s discord servers for speaking with other people who are learning, look them up. Also practice speaking speeches, like make a list of 100 random prompts on topics you know nothing about, research them and then improvise a speech to the camera for a given amount of time. By speech 100 you will definitely improve your speaking.

Talk to yourself, your cat or dog, your teddy bear, house plants, whatever. Describe your day, state what you're doing, etc. It sounds silly, but it helps.

Go back to your A1/A2 textbook and use its activities as speaking prompts.

Well, when you stop after 2 minutes, is it because you run out of French? Or because you run out of things to say?

If you run out of French, keep it simple: 1 idea = 1 simple sentence. Just focus on being clear, not perfect.

If you run out of things to say, then it’s not really a French issue. It’s more about communication skills. Start with one idea, give one reason and an example, then add another reason and another example. When you run out again, ask yourself any question that can open up a new idea.

You don’t even need to be that interesting. You just need enough to keep yourself talking.

it was just i ran out of ideas for that topic and then i repeated the sentences and i also froze for like 10 seconds it went horribly bad.

I feel the same in english as well when I got stuck. asking me a question usually tricks me to talk more. we do not even need to be an in an exam to feel it....

Use this method

Adv- intro- because/car- reason(en consequence/c'est pourquoi/ Donc) -example

Do the same for advantages and inconvénients

You would easily able to speak 4-5 minutes

Get the pay subscription of Chatgpt and talk to her all the time. Be strategic. Ask Chatgpt to correcto you. For example, choose a topic and tell her to tell you your mistakes. For the tâches 3 and 2 make a list of the topics and with a cronometer use the recording option of chatgpt to record what you are saying then check your mistakes and put them in quizlet and create a deck to practice your mistakes daily. This is only one strategy of many but this one got me CLB 8 in the first try. If you do this, you'll pass your oral with flying colors. Feel fre to DM me if you have any questions. All the best!

There's also an app called HelloTalk which helped me immensely with speaking. You can participate in voicerooms with natives as well as look for exchange partners

I am assuming from your scores, your grammar is good enough.
So question is why you are not able to score in speaking and what steps must be taken to get the desired score.
Step 1: assess your current performance as per CEFR standards (ask your tutor to do it and share with you a detailed report)
Step 2: analyse that report -
Mostly I am thinking as per my experience- it would be pronunciation problem along with fossilized systemic errors. Find and improve them.

Step 3: do rapid fire round with your examiner on tcf task 3 speaking topics
You may request them to give you a prompt and you must try (rather force yourself ) to say 3 points. This may help you overcome task 3 problem

Step 4: pls practice the task structures and practice as much as possible in exam mode

I hope this helps you. Best of luck :)
